This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between https://www.interproxy.io (“InterProxy”, “Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you (“Customer”, “user”, or “client”). By accessing or using any of the services provided by InterProxy, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

InterProxy reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services after changes are posted implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Description of Service and Membership Guidelines

InterProxy provides access to high-quality private proxies, including datacenter, residential, and mobile proxies, allowing anonymous and secure browsing, scraping, and automation. To use our service, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian and provide accurate registration information.

2. Member Account, Password, and Security

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. InterProxy is not liable for any loss due to unauthorized access. Notify us immediately if you suspect any breach of security or misuse of your account.

3. Privacy

InterProxy respects your privacy. We do not monitor, sell, or share your data unless required by law or to protect our rights or other users. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Member Conduct

You agree not to use InterProxy services for:

  • Illegal activities or violating any law

  • Spamming, phishing, or unsolicited communication

  • Infringing third-party rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)

  • Hosting, spreading or transmitting viruses or malware

  • Hacking or unauthorized access to other systems

  • Reselling or redistributing our services without permission

Misuse of the service will result in immediate termination without a refund.

5. Usage Limitations

Our services are for personal and non-commercial use unless agreed otherwise in writing. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or tamper with our software, network, or service infrastructure.

6. Third-Party Content

InterProxy is not responsible for content accessed via third-party websites through our proxies. We do not endorse or control the content found through any accessed services.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality. InterProxy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

You are solely responsible for how you use our proxies. Any damage or loss caused by misuse or unlawful activity is entirely your responsibility.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InterProxy, its affiliates, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

InterProxy may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Reasons include (but are not limited to): account inactivity, multiple accounts, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

10. Anti-Spam Policy

Sending spam or unsolicited messages through InterProxy services is strictly forbidden. Violating this policy may result in account termination and a penalty of $10 per unsolicited message, or actual damages if higher.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials on interproxy.io (including software, design, logos, and documentation) are owned by InterProxy or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site or service without express written permission.

12. Modifications to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.

13. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order is completed or proxy is used. Please contact our support team before ordering if you have questions or compatibility concerns.

14. IP Location Accuracy

We use the MaxMind database to detect IP geolocation. Some mismatches may occur if other databases have not been updated yet. You can verify using: https://www.maxmind.com/en/geoip-demo

15. Referral Program

  • You will receive 25% commission for referrals.

  • Minimum withdrawal: $100

  • No bidding on brand-related keywords like “InterProxy” in ads

  • Referral violations or abuse can lead to disqualification

16. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
